Digital menu boards
Menu boards for restaurants with more than one location.
Design a menu once. Set the prices that differ at each location. Watch every screen in the company from one dashboard, and get an email when one goes dark.
No credit card required. Priced per location, not per screen.
Built for the problems a second location creates
One restaurant can run a menu board off a USB stick. The moment there are three, the hard parts are prices that differ by site, screens nobody is standing in front of, and a menu change that has to reach all of them.
Prices that differ by location
One central menu, with per-location price overrides on the items that need them. Change the item everywhere; the downtown price stays what it is.
You find out before your customers do
Every screen checks in on a heartbeat. When one stops, the owner and the admins get an email, once, naming the screen. You can also ask a screen what it is currently displaying.
Priced per location, not per screen
Adding a fourth board to a store you already pay for costs nothing extra. Per-screen pricing punishes exactly the thing you want to do.
How it works
No proprietary hardware, no installer, no site visit.
-
Build the menu in your browser
Drag text, images, item lists and combo panels onto a canvas at the size of your screen. Use your own fonts and colours.
-
Open the player on the screen and type the code
The player runs in an up-to-date browser. It shows a short pairing code, you claim it from the dashboard, and that screen is now yours to manage. The device holds its own credential rather than a shared link.
-
Menus change themselves
Set breakfast, lunch, happy hour and late night as dayparts, assign a menu per screen for each, and the boards switch on time in your own timezone. Windows that run past midnight work properly.
What you get
The short version. The long version is here.
-
Menu designer
Text, images, item lists, combo panels, image and video slideshows, at 1080p or 4K, landscape or portrait.
-
Dayparting
Named dayparts with as many windows as you need, per screen, evaluated in your own timezone.
-
Per-location prices
Override the price of any item at any location without duplicating the menu.

Every screen, its status, and when it last checked in. Refresh, clear the cache or restart the player remotely.
-
Your branding
Upload your own woff2 fonts and set a colour palette used across every board.

Common questions
What hardware do I need?
Something that can display a web page and stay on. You open the player page on it once and pair it. It needs an up-to-date browser with local storage and offline caching, which is what lets a board keep playing if the network drops.
We do not sell hardware and we do not require any particular box. We have not yet certified specific television models, so if you are buying something for this, ask us first and we will tell you what we know.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 30-day trial starts when you create the account, with no payment details, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your boards keep playing and your data stays where it is. The account becomes read-only, so nobody can edit a menu until billing is sorted out. We do not take screens dark over an expired card.
Can I use my own fonts and colours?
Yes. Upload your fonts as woff2 files and set the palette once; every board in the organisation picks it up.
Does it connect to my point of sale?
Not today. One-way menu sync from Clover and Square is built and under test, but there is no way for a merchant to connect an account yet, so do not choose DisplayFleet for that reason. Menus are managed in DisplayFleet in the meantime.
How many screens can one location have?
Five on Starter and Growth, eight on Chain. Screens at a location you already pay for do not cost extra within that allowance.
